Welcome to The Happy Cleaner Blog! The only blog on the Internet devoted exclusively to Human Resource issues for cleaning company owners.
We know that Human Resources can be a boring topic. But when it comes to dealing with employees, we often feel a number of painful emotions: anxiety, nervousness, dread, and heartache. We know -- we've been there! The goal of this blog is to help you sort through all the pain and anxiety of hiring and providing employment, and help you make sense of it all.
Cleaning company owners have many concerns when it comes to HR. We recently asked our newsletter subscribers to take a Survey and we’d like to share some of the results with you here. We’ll be addressing many of your concerns in future blog posts based on the survey results below.
We’d also like to introduce our new partner, EMPO Corporation; an HR outsourcing company and Professional Employer Organization (PEO). EMPO’s experts handle the HR for 100 clients around the country with expertise in all areas of HR and Employee issues including Compliance, Benefits, Safety, Supervision, Compensation and more.. These same experts will be posting information on the blog and answering your questions. For more information on EMPO and its services visit http://www.empocorp.com. We are excited about our partnership with EMPO and the value it can bring you all.
